I cannot fathom why the asking price for this historic place is so incredibly high- perhaps someone interested in purchasing a castle on the National Register of Historic Places would be interested in this property?

Regardless, this castle isn’t big, and it needs major repairs. Looking at the reviews for the castle found through various sources online, I’ve noticed that most visitors have said that this castle is in desperate need of repair. There is plenty of interesting history about this castle which makes it a fun place to learn about, but in its condition, I’m wondering why anyone would pay such a large amount for a small castle in dire need of repair. This castle does have lots of potential, with three fireplaces, a basement, and lots of historical and architectural charm.
